Make an Appointment
Thanks for taking the time to schedule a therapy appointment.
Below, you can book a therapy appointment that is a little over an hour, which is often a good amount of time to talk through issues of a personal nature. You can also book an appointment that runs just the 60 minutes if you prefer a shorter schedule. Longer sessions are also available. There is also an option to book a quick “call-back” slot, if you just want a bit more information over the phone.
The booking process for a couple or an individual is quick and easy:
- Select the service that you want.
- From there, pick a date.
- Choose a start-time.
- Confirm your details.
- Add any notes, including whether you’re attending as a couple or as an individual…
- …and you’re done!
- PLEASE NOTE: Appointments are only offered on a Wednesday through to Friday at present.
Extra Padding
Extra padding is built in to appointment sessions with NextSteps Counselling and Psychology. This means it’s possible to extend (or shorten) sessions by 15 minutes at the time. Extended sessions are especially useful for couples appointments, so everyone has time to have their say.
Prices are adjusted, depending if we go shorter or longer. Please review my rate info (here) so you know what the fee adjustments are.
Google, iCalendar or Other
If you automatically add your session to your calendar system, your session timeframe may reflect this extra padding. Your session will not typically be as long as this.
Booking Window
Also, the booking window is set to 8 weeks. If you need an appointment further out, please get in touch, as these later dates won’t currently show.
Payment
